Guests are invited to celebrate Easter with the Rusconi’s American Kitchen family with a special brunch menu available exclusively on Sunday, April 21. From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. guests can enjoy a three-course brunch including one choice each from the starters, main courses and dessert selections below. Cost is $59 per person, and reservations can be made online at www.rusconiskitchen.com or by calling 480-483-0009.

Starters —

Chilled Carrot and Apple Soup with cilantro and crema

Warm Berry and Ricotta Crepe with strawberry and caramel sauce

Baby Field Greens with strawberries and mango, mozzarella cheese, Marcona almonds and herbed balsamic dressing

Arizona Desert Sweet Shrimp and Spring Tomato Salad with marinated cucumbers, shallots, pear tomatoes, cilantro pesto, and tiny greens

Organic Arugula and Grilled Spring Peaches with American prosciutto, Sonoma goat cheese and prickly pear gastrique

House-smoked Scottish Salmon with Citrus Herb Blini, crème fraiche, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and frisée

 

Main Courses —

Cast Iron Short Rib Hash and Sunnyside Egg with butternut squash, Yukon gold potatoes, red onion

Steak and Eggs featuring wood-grilled beef tenderloin and poached eggs on focaccia with sweet potato hash and herb emulsion

Blue Crab and Arizona Desert Sweet Shrimp Benedict with poached eggs, crisp bacon on focaccia, sweet potato hash and citrus emulsion

Blackberry Glazed Pork Loin with sweet potato pancake, Brussels sprouts, cinnamon and maple gastrique

Braised Spring Lamb shank with Sunnyside Up Egg with goat cheese and yellow corn polenta, organic carrots, and tarragon jus

Pan Roasted California Halibut with Spring Pea Risotto and baby carrots, green beans with lemon butter sauce

Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Amish Blue and Yukon gold potato puree with red wine sauce

 

Desserts —

Dark Chocolate Budino with vanilla sauce and spring berries

Carrot and Citrus Cheesecake with Chantilly cream, caramel sauce and blueberries

Spring Berries and Vanilla-scented Crème Brûlée
