Trapp Haus BBQ Introduces “Champion Pitmaster Phil the Grill Experience” Valentine’s Dinner and Specials Throughout February

With a new month, BBQ enthusiasts can look forward to new specials, events and menu items at Trapp Haus BBQ including the following:
Trapp Haus owner and Champion Pitmaster introduces his inaugural Champion Pitmaster Phil the Grill “Chef to Table” Experience for couples on Valentine’s Day, February 14 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For $80 per person or $150 per couple, diners can enjoy a personal chef experience, and a three-course menu featuring:
- Peach Brandy Grilled Porterhouse Pork chop
- Grilled Wagyu Ribeye 8-ounce filet with choice of Bourbon Molasses Sauce or Chimichurri Sauce
- Grilled BBQ Jerked Salmon
Phil the Grill will prepare the proteins in front of each table; beer and wine is included. Space is limited and tickets can be purchased www.trapphausbbq.com. Guests also have the opportunity to win a Green Mountain Grill smoker, which will be raffled off to ticket holders during the event.
New specials available throughout the month include:
- “All You Can Eat Apple-smoked Rib Tips” every Tuesday for just $15.99 (dine-in only – not for carry-out or to-go)
- On “Philly Crack Wing Wednesday” guests can enjoy buy one, get one wings for just $8 per order (cannot be combined with Happy Hour specials)
- “Trappy Hour” Specials available Tuesdays through Fridays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. include:
